Thanks for clarifying the point. Is it just the commercialization of the photo that is unlawful? I know that stock photo sites insist on photo release forms for each face seen in pictures before they can be uploaded. I am trying to reconcile that with the absence of the right to privacy outdoors in public places. I have utmost respect for sensitivity in capturing these photos, but would not want to cross the line with the law. Hence my questions.
